During my last surf voyage down south I was lucky enough to shake the hand of a local legend Brian O'leary. On first impression you see a frail elderly man with a grin wider than your arm span, but after speaking, you begin to see the strength of his wisdom and the brute stength of his left hand supporting his bulky 400mm lense . Brian has been photographing the waves of Bawley point for over 30 years and has spent over 50 years behind a camera lense. On normal occassion he spends his time photographing Birds and nature. The things this man has done in a lifetime, the things those weathered eyes have seen over the years... I cannot begin to imagine. A big thankyou to you Brian, for the advice you have given, it will always be an indentation in my photography.
